Shelley Grain Silo Company made one new grain steel silo project in Canada this year. We sent our experienced silo installation team to the corn soybean storage steel silo site. Now this silo project is under installation. 

There are 4 sets of **0ton hopper bottom steel silos for corn, soybeans. For each grain steel silo of the project in Canada, the silo diameter is 7.3m, silo total height is *7.*8m, the silo volume is **0m3, and the silo bottom angel is *5degrees.

The **0ton corn soybean storage silo roof and silo body are all made of galvanized corrugated steel sheets with **5g/m2 coating mass. The silo bottom and silo legs are made of carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing, which can be exceed to **0g/m2 coating mass.

Our engineers installed the grain steel silo part first, including silo roof, silo body and then put the roof and body to the silo bottom by crane. After finished the **0ton corn soybean storage steel silo part installation, our engineers installed the corn soybean storage silo loading and unloading system.

For the **0ton corn paddy storage silos in Canada loading and unloading system, we designed bucketelevator for grain vertical transportation, drag conveyor on the silos roof for horizontal transportation and double-way drag chain conveyor under the silos bottom. All the loading and unloading equipments have been hot-dip galvanized after processing. It can be used for more than *5 yeas.
